I walked around this unfamiliar village with the team I was given. We were given word that the Akatsuki were going to visit this village, wither it being true or not even I wasn’t sure. Today was the day that the man I cared for so deeply left my life. Uchiha Sasuke. A name that hasn’t crossed my lips since the night he left. As we walked through this village I remembered our very first encounter after he left.

The wind was blowing, it was another sleepless night for me. I pulled myself from my bed and pulled a sweater with the Uchiha symbol on the back. I pulled it over my head as I remembered the day he gave it to me. My 11^th birthday. After I pulled my sweater over my head I packed a few kunai on the inside sleeve which had a special secret holder for the “just in case” he called it. I had grey sweatpants on then I pulled on my ninja boots. I brushed out my hair and parted my bangs to the side. Tonight was one of those nights where I felt extremely lonely. I jumped out my window easier than going downstairs out the front of the apartment and running into someone. The breeze hit my face causing shivers down my spine the moon shone bright over Konaha. I ran toward my favorite spot, the hills. The hills is where Shikamaru and I often would watch the clouds. But it’s also where I come alone to watch the stars, tonight was perfect. I settled myself down at glared at the moon. After several dead quite minutes I felt a presence that was well hidden. In a swift movement I pulled out my kunai and held in incase of an attack. The presence felt familiar to me. My eyes widened… N-no way I thought. “Sa-sauke?” I breathed out and turned around he was standing there in the moonlight acting all cool his hand on his hip and his hair blowing slightly. He sure was hot even after these years. “Hikari” he cooed. I stood up he had gotten taller, his features more distinguished and his outfit changed he wore a uniform distinguishing he was with Orochimaru with an open chest. I could tell he was taking in my features as well. Most likely my chest, height, and current outfit which wasn’t a ninja outfit. The sweater was my favorite and he took notice to it. It took a while to broke the silence, I don’t think either of us knew what to say or where to begin. “Sasuke… Is this a dream?” I took a step closer and put my hand out to touch his face. It was no vision or dream it was solid flesh of the Uchiha before me. “Sasuke” I whispered, “I-I don’t know what to say” I pulled my hand away and looked down pulling my sleeves to cover my hands and shift uneasily on my feet. The man I loved was before me and I didn’t have a clue what to say.

It had been months since that encounter. “Hello! Hikari!” Shouted Sakura, painfully she was on my team. Anything and everything to do with the dreaded Akatsuki, Orochimaru or Sasuke she absoultly had to go or be there or even know about. It was some sick obsession about bringing Sasuke back. I do deeply care for Sauke but he made this choice and in loving and caring for someone you have to accept the choices they make. I came to peace with it months after he left.
“Yes, Haruno?” I stated bluntly still wandering around the village. Sakura Haruno, Naruto Uzumaki, Sai and Shikamaru Nara. A strange team of 5 but Lady Tsunade thought it might be helpful, meaning that Sakura wasn’t about to let this mission take off without her having apart.
“You haven’t been listening have you?” she snapped at me. Shikamaru sighed as well as Sai.
“Sakura, let her-” Shikamaru began
“NO!” she stomped her foot, like a child, “she is supposed to be a leader and she isn’t even listening to you. Doesn’t that bother your Shikamaru?”
Shikamaru just sighed, “Sakura-“
“No Shikamaru” I stopped walking and stood in front of her, “Go ahead Sakura continue what you were going to say” I had my poker face on since we left the village but now I was pissed and she knew it.
“Hmph.” She pouted only to be interrupted by Naruto.
“Hey guys lets go and get some ramen or anything to eat I am starved.” I returned back to my poker face and nodded walking into a restaurant and ordering some food listening to them talk about this mission. Mostly Sakura talking annoying the piss out of everyone so I went back to remembering him.

“Sasuke I don’t know what you want me to say” I stated flatly looking at the ground still. He still remained silent causing me to get annoyed. “Say something…” I growled.
“You have changed, Hikari” he breathed. “You have grown” he eyed me up and down I shifted uneasily.
“I have changed, Sasuke, I haven’t thought of you in a while” I turned around the Uchiha symbol facing the young Uchiha. “I cared for you, and you ripped my heart out the night you left. I still care but I haven’t thought of you in a while.” A tear slid down my face “you should have never came back here Sasuke.” I said spitting his name like venom on my tongue, I wiped the tears and put on my poker face spinning back towards him.
“You still have that sweater,” he began “which means if you wear it you must think about me” he took a step forward and I took one back.
“Yes, I have but I never have spoke your name until now.” I said looking into his blood red sharingan eyes “The day you left was the last day I ever spoke about you.”
“It is nice to see you too Hikari” he spoke very monotoned. 
“It is nice to see you Sasuke but I don’t know how I should feel. I care for you and you ripped my heart the night you left.”
“I do know this Hikari and I will make it up to you. The sun will be up soon, my team will notice I am gone I have to go but we will meet again. I promise.” He whispered the last part in my ear as a small pain ran through me and everything went black. I woke in my apartment.

I didn’t even know if I was going to see him again. That seemed so long ago now. “So Hikari you like that idea?” Naruto spoke up bringing me from my final thoughts as everyone finished eating.
“Yeah Naruto…Sure” I agreed as I put down some money for my food.
“She wasn’t even listening….” She growled “she was probably thinking of-” I shot a glare at her telling her to shut up not to say his name. Everyone knows not to.
“Sakura, don’t” Naruto warned her
“Why? Why does this bitch get special treatment?” she started to scream. “She gets special treatment about-”
“Sakura, stop” Sai said, I got up and walked toward the door.
“While you are all going to be here fooling around I am going to report to the Hoshikage about our mission and purpose here. Suit yourself and stay here. Oh, Sakura keep eating those dumplings and you will end up like the lady on our last mission” with that I walked out. I heard choking as I left a slight smirk on my face. I went and talked to the Hoshikage and the special ops of the village tell me the Akatsuki left a day ago and they couldn’t find out where they were headed but they would relay any information directly to the Hokage. As I was leaving the building the team was headed towards the building. Sakura pissed, Sai the same old look, Naruto pumped and Shikamaru looking bored.
“Don’t worry guys we are headed back to Konaha” I stated stopping in front of them.
“Back to Konaha!! Nani?!” Naruto shouted clearly mad he doesn’t get to kick some Akatsuki ass.
“Yeah Naruto that’s what I said” I began “the Hoshikage said that the Akatsuki left the village a day ago we are headed back now lets go.” I began to walk toward the gate.
“Hikari…” Sakura began nervously “can’t we just stay the night?”
I sighed “yeah I suppose so I will go talk to the Hoshikage about a room for tonight”
I then went back in and talked to the Hoshikage he greatly agreed to put us up for the night and then we all headed to our rooms. We had two one for me and Sakura, sadly, and the other for the three boys.

It was around midnight the moon shone bright in the sky through the window in the room and onto Hikari’s face. She was in a deep slumber with the slight snores  of Sakura coming from across the room. The sound of the night life was light outside and the sound of feet creaked across the floor wasn’t loud enough to wake any ninja in a slumber. The person stood over her breaking the moonlight on her peaceful face.  The person knelt down beside her there eyes suddenly meeting when he shakes her.

“Hikari” he whispered huskily and softly.  My eyes shot open only to meet the sharingan eye of the Uchiha man I loved. “Come” he held out his hand and I shakily took it and stood up in embarrassed in my tanktop and short shorts. He teleported us into a strange room I didn’t recognize. I looked around the room was made of stone. It felt so cold I crossed my arms rubbing them slightly. “Are you cold?”

I nodded my head, “a bit.” I followed him as he walked towards a bed as he sat he patted to his side.
“Come” he demanded but not so harshly “sit by me. I want to talk to you.”
“Sasuke-kun” came a voice from outside. A woman? He has a woman here and he thinks he can bring me?! I thought before his voice pulled me away.
“Karin. Leave.” He demanded more like a threat this time.
“Why Sasuke-kun? Everyone is sleeping this is our alone time” her hand turned the door knob and flung it open. Shock written across her face when she laid eyes on me. “S-sasuke-kun, w-who is this?!” she demanded to him her hand on her hip.
“Karin” he growled at her and in one swift movement he had her out the door and shut it in her face. “I said leave.”
“Sasuke-kun! If she is bothering you let me make her leave!” She yelled as a rumble erupted.  She must have punched the wall. I thought as I rolled my eyes. Yet again another Sasuke fan-girl.
“Sorry Hikari, she is annoying” he spoke as we walked back over.
“THIS ISNT IT HIKAR-WHATEVER SASUKE IS MINE!!!” She yelled as she walked away. I let out another sigh.
“Seriously? Is there anywhere you can go without gaining a fan-girl?” I chuckled as I lightly nudged his arm with a smile. Then I snapped back into reality this wasn’t a dream, it wasn’t the past, it was the present. “Sorry, um… why did you bring me here?”
“Heehee, yeah seems I cannot go anywhere without them” he scratched the back of his head, just like the old Sasuke. “Hikari, I brought you here to explain something to you.” I nodded indicating to continue “The night I left the village, I am sorry I didn’t tell you. I didn’t know how, I don’t have any bonds to anyone but hatred for my brother.” I shifted uneasily at that as he paced through the room figuring out how to talk. He face was puzzled, “I still only have that bond, severing all bonds was top priority.”
“Was?”
He chuckled a bit, “is it is a top priority. I cannot risk all this for nothing so I feel nothing, I say nothing and I train to become stronger to defeat Itachi.”
“Sasuke-”
He put a finger to my lips, “let me continue. All the while I left you behind in Konaha where you were sent on mission so dangerous you could have died, like the one you were on now.”
“The one I was?” I asked as he sat beside me “what do you know about that?”
“Lets just say I misinformed someone  who has connections with Anbu and special ops and such to bring you all here on this mission for nothing.”
“Sasuke you what?!” I spoke shocked.
“Hikari,” he whispered in my ear “it was all for a good reason. I wanted… no I needed to see you again.”
“Sasuke, I don’t know how I should feel about that. You left me over three years ago and haven’t seen me in a while. Last time we met it was the same I didn’t know what to do or to feel and I don’t know now.”
“Answer me this” he was closer to my ear now his lips grazing my ear as he spoke “Do you love Sai?”
“S-Sai? How do you know about-?”
“Just because I haven’t made contact with you doesn’t mean that I haven’t been watching” he breathed against my skin making me shiver. “So tell me, is Sai the one you love?”
“N-No Sasuke he isn’t the one I love.” After my sentence at the exact moment I said that word love he kissed my ear. Something flew inside my stomach. I was still in love with Sasuke even though I wasn’t sure how to act. I was still mad that he left without even a goodbye, we were childhood friends. He was my first and only love. In this moment I realized how much I loved and missed him.
“S-Sasuke” I shuddered as he kissed my neck in search of my weak point. I wasn’t going to let him win that easy.

He pushed me on the bed and was fiercely kissing my neck, nibbling and biting my neck in search of my weak point and when he hit the spot I broke a loud moan escaping my lips. He smirked against my skin nibbling and biting at me causing me to wiggle underneath him. He pinned my arms above my head and moved his arms down past my elbow, lightly touching me all the way to my bottom of my tank top slipping his hand up it gripping my breasts. I wrapped my legs around his propped myself up on my elbows and flipped him over so I was on top. I ran my fingers through my hair and down my body stopping at my pant line and slowly pulling them off leaving me in just my underwear plopping back down slightly causing a grunt from the handsome Uchiha underneath me. I kiss his lips and make out a bit introducing his tongue he tries to fight for dominance I let him win. I pull back and kiss his neck and down his torso. I stop as his pant line taking them off leaving his exposed member. I bring my lips down on the hardened member and begin going crazy. “Hikari, you have to get up to… your team remember?”
I shot up and scrambled to get my clothes, “shit my team! They have bound to notice I was gone. Sasuke, what am I going to do? How am I going to get back? Where-” He kissed me and I calmed down a bit.
“Don’t worry you’ll go back now” he pulled on the last of his clothes on. “Ill send you back to the village in which I took you from” He formed some hand signs and I put my hand over his to stop him.
“Wait, if you send me back when will I see you again?”
“I promise you will see me again as soon as possible.” He kissed me, “I promise.”
“Okay, Sasuke. I trust you.” With that I was back in the village I came from but I was in the bathroom with the door locked. I heard banging.
“Hikari! Are you okay? Sakura-chan says you have been in there all night?” Naruto screames came from the other side.
I stood up and opened the door. “Sorry Naruto I must have fell asleep in here after I, uh, brushed my teeth.
“Ah it’s okay Sakura could have sworn she saw you with someone last night but I told her she was crazy.”
“Ah, yeah she is going crazy eh Naruto?” I agreed as I walked out and packed up my sleeping bag. “Ill get dressed then we can leave”
“Okay! Everyone is getting breakfast want me to get something for you?” I shook my head no and he walked out.
“Sasuke…” I whispered. “When will I see you again?”

“Good morning ladies. How are we all today?” I asked moving all my hair over my left shoulder. My hair goes down to my lower back and I wore my head band just like Sakura. Her and I were best friends the only thing that I didn’t like was how much she hit Naruto. I usually put my fist in the line of fire when possible to stop it. I never thought violence was the answer unless absolutely possible. That’s why I was Konaha’s number one ninja for going on missions with hostages or needed to be talked down. I was an excellent negotiator of Konaha often used by other villages when necessary.
“Good, so how was your mission Anako-chan?” TenTen asked.
“Eh, same old same old” I sighed bored as I drank from the water they gave us.
“Wha-?” Sakura shouted “how can it be ‘same old’? You go on missions that are way cool?”
“Eh, I guess it’s the same thing though always talking someone down or out of doing something” I paused as our food arrived. “Now you guys go on cool missions to a little action but not too much you know since I don’t like fighting that much.” I began to eat. Usually all these missions have kept my mind off of Naruto but lately missions have slowed down and he has been popping back into my mind. 
“A-Anako?” Hinata piped up.
“Hm, Hinata?” I said popping a Dango in my mouth.
“D-Do you miss N-Naruto-kun?” I almost choked.
“Uh, yeah I do” I looked at my plate with a slight sad expression.
“He should be returning in a few months” Sakura stated a smile on her face.
“I cannot wait to see how he has grown” TenTen said finishing her food.
“Me either” agreed Ino. I finished my food and began to get up.
“Excuse me ladies I have some training to do” I said getting up and leaving money for my part.
“I will go with you” Sakura started to get up as well leaving money and we walked out waving to the girls and headed to the training grounds. “I know Anako-chan I want to just walk you there at least.”
“Okay Sakura-chan” We were passing villagers and children playing while parents shopped. It sure is peaceful.
“Anako-chan…” I glanced at her as she paused “he will come home.”
“Yeah… I know he promised…” I drifted to the memory of when I said goodbye to my friend.

“Anako-chan” Naruto began as we sat on the Hokage faces overlooking the village. My stomach dropped by his tone this can’t be good.
“Y-Yes Naruto?”
“I am leaving tomorrow to train with Jiraya” he looked at his hands.
“Why sound so sad Naruto that’s great a perfect way to get stronger!” I praised him resting my hand on his shoulder.
“No, Anako I mean I am going to train with Jiraya for a while.”
“How long is a while?” I gulped nervous at his answer.
“Three years”
“Three years?!” I jumped up shocked “You are leaving for three years!”
“Yeah, Anako I have to get stronger if I am going to bring him back!” He jumped up as well holding my shoulders looking in my eyes as they began to water.
“So this is good-bye?”
“Good-bye means forever, this is more like see you soon Anako-chan” he pulled me into a hug “wont you see me off tomorrow?”
“I have a mission super early” I stated as a single tear rolled down my cheek onto his jacket. “This is where I see you last” I pulled away from the hug. He looked down sadly and I asked “promise me you will come back?”
“I promise” he held a thumbs up “believe it! Heroes always come back!”

I threw my last kunai as my memory faded. I was out of breath I worked my throwing really hard I went to collect kunai as I saw an image of him flash through my head. Something felt off about today. I decided to leave the training grounds I came back from a mission yesterday and today taking a short nap and seeing friends for lunch was a long enough day I didn’t need to strain myself by training so hard. I headed back to my apartment to shower and relax before tomorrow I had a day off so I didn’t know what I was to do. I was dazed knowing the path home memories flashing in my mind.

“Naruto! Come push me!” Ten year old me shouted from the playground swing.
“Coming!” As he ran towards me

A smile plastered on my face.

“Naruto, lets prank Iruka-sensai today” I whispered to Naruto.
“Alright!!”

I lifted my head toward the sky as a slight breeze came over Konaha.

“Naruto, our team is going to the Chunin exams!”
“I hope I don’t have to face you”
“Me either”

I sighed and sniffed the air the smell of the night foods filled my nose as I passed a restaurant.

“NOOOO ANAKOOOOOO!” Naruto shouted as I got hit by a blow from my chunin exam opponent. I hit the wall and slid to the ground. “ANAKO! ANAKO GET UP! DON’T LET THIS GUY WIN! ANAKO!”

I snapped out of my train of thought. That sounded almost real.
“Anako-chan?” I froze in my tracks. It couldn’t be it’s my imagination he isn’t supposed to be home for 5 more months. “Anako?” I felt a hand on my shoulder I turned my head slightly and saw some orange and black behind me, blond hair, whiskers.
“N-Naruto?” I turned around seeing Sakura behind Naruto. “N-No NO! This is not real Naruto doesn’t return home yet! Sakura why are you playing tricks on me!”
“A-Anako-chan it isn’t a trick its Naruto!” She yelled.
“A-Anako-chan it is me” he pulled me into a hug. I froze smelling his sent, feeling his arms.
“N-Naruto?” I slowly raised my hands and pulled him tighter into the hug. “NARUTO!!!!” I jumped slightly and glomped him falling to the floor. Him on the ground and me on top. We sat like that for a while I slightly blushed at the position.
“Wow, Anako” he said looking at me my hair falling around my face my large breasts.
“NAAARRRRUUUUTTOOOOOO” Sakura shouted from behind as we got up. She was charging with a fist, I stepped in front of Naruto and grabbed her fist.
“Sakura, calm down” I whispered “it is okay” I turned to Naruto and gave him a hug again.
“Wow, Anako you have grown” he said looking at me. “Look how long your hair is now.”
“I know I grew it out, you like?” he nodded “and look how tall you are! You are taller than me now!”
“That’s not all I am stronger now too!” I smiled the biggest smile and he did the same.
“Well, I have to go early report to Tsunade in the morning” Sakura said as she began to leave waving. She must have met Naruto way earlier to run off on her team member.
“C’mon Anako I will walk you home”
“Naruto, don’t you want to go home you haven’t been there in two and a half years?”
“Hee hee, actually I have been home for two days now.” He said scratching his head. I looked at him wide eyed. “But you came back from a mission yesterday and I was with Kakashi-sensai and Sakura training. Thought I would surprise you today.”
“Awe, Naruto that’s sweet!” I said as I grabbed his hand and ran to my apartment. As we ran we were fooling around like old times. He tickled me and I tried to get away playfully pushing him. We arrived to my apartment and I pushed my back against the door. Catching our breath he put his hands near my head and we stared into each other’s eyes. Slowly and unknowingly he leaned into me and I moved in to into a passionate kiss. We made out for a while outside the door we pulled away for air.
“Anako, I-I am sorry” he looked horrified he tried to back away I put my hands to his face.

“Ah, Naruto! More!” I moaned and he did so he put a second in. “AHHHH!” I dug my fingers deeper in his back and clawed a little earning a groan from him. “Well?” I said asking her results.
“I didn’t peak” she began “I figured I would let you look at them first and tell me.”
I glanced over the resutlys and dropped the papers. Pregnant: Positive. They read, I put my face in my hands. “How could I be so stupid!”
“Is i-it Naruto’s?” she asked giving me a hug as I nodded. “I’ll kill him!” She said as she got angry.
I chuckled a little “you can’t kill him Sakura then the baby won’t have a father” I got up. “I probably should go find Naruto” I opened the door.
“Do you want me to go?”
“No I have it Sakura don’t worry”
I walked down the streets of Konaha looking for Naruto. It was lunch time he was probably at the ramen shop. I went to the ramen shop and heard all the guys. 
“Naruto, you with Anako now?” I heard Kiba ask “If you don’t hurry soon I will ask her.”
“Kiba, he has been with her since he got back” Shikamaru said.
I walked in everyone paused. “Hey guys” I said as I waved.
“Anako-chan!” Naruto jumped up and kissed me.
“Naruto can I talk to you?” he nodded and we walked out and began to walk down the road.
“NARUTO YOU STUCK US WITH YOUR BILL!!” Shouted Kiba at us.
“Sorry Kiba-kun! I’ll pay you back” I shouted back I laced my fingers in his hands.
“How do you feel about kids?”
“I enjoy them, why?” he asked raising a eyebrow. I stopped pulling him to a hault and looked him in the eye and put his hand to my tummy. It took him a few moments and he got all wide eyed.
“No way…you are… I am… we just…” he was stunned I laughed and kissed him.
“I know you wanna be Hokage and if this will mess it up I can say I was raped and this baby isn’t yours”

I was sitting in class the teacher was teaching her boring lecture. I was staring out the window thinking of when I first met the man I was in love with.

The kids in our school use to pick on me like they did Chad. I had a quick temper that escalated quickly they always  left me alone with bloody noses and bruises. And I always ended up in detention.  I was always friends with Chad. That’s how I met Ichigo. Ichigo Kurosaki the orange haired, muscular boy in my class. Chad met Ichigo when he stood up for Chad when he was getting beat up. Chad, unlike me, never used his fists. I can still hear him telling me “using your fists is never the answer Luna-chan.” I would agree if I didn’t have to stand my ground.

I glanced over at Ichigo tucking a strand of my black hair behind my ear, a small sigh escaped my lips as she gave us our homework.
“Ichigo, Luna” she started we both shot our heads up my out from under my hand and Ichigo’s from his sleeping position. “You two are partners together.” She continued with the rest of the partners as Ichigo and I looked at each other. A slight blush came across my face unnoticeable from him he sat a few desks away from me.

The rest of the day went on like normal. Next was lunch, I sat with Chad and Ichigo and the gang on the roof. We all sat sharing or stealing food from each other and laughing at Keigo. During lunch I was spacey thinking of when I actually first fell in love Ichigo.

It was a rainy day. Chad wasn’t in school today and I forgot my umbrella. Shit. I thought as school let out and it began raining harder. I stood in the door way other kids passing with umbrellas or running to the cars of their parents. I began to walk my bag above my head trying to keep me dry but the wind blew the rain all over. Then I became slightly dry. I looked over and Ichigo was walking next to me with a umbrella over both of us.

“Thanks Ichigo” I breathed out.
“No problem Luna.”
We walked in silence for a while before I broke it.
“Ichigo?”

“Don’t I live out of the way?” I asked
“No” he began “you only live a few blocks away actually. I know you don’t know me too well but your Chads friend so your mine as well. Besides, if Chad found out I let you walk home in the rain he wouldn’t be too happy. He thinks of you like a little sister” I smiled. I always thought of Chad as my older brother as well. We kept walking as we arrived to my house I opened the gate to my front yard, which leads to my front door. I began to walk in thinking I would get just a little more wet and much to my surprise Ichigo walked me to the front door.
“Thanks Ichigo” I smiled.
“No problem Luna” he gave a slight smile back. He turned around and began to leave my gate. I stood in the doorway and watched. “Hey if you want to walk to school together tomorrow we can.”
“Thanks Ichigo I would like that.” I smiled and waved to him. “HEY!” I shouted as he walked down the road. “TEXT ME WHEN YOU GET HOME… YOU KNOW TO LET ME KNOW YOU GOT THERE OKAY!”
He looked puzzled. “I DON’T THINK I HAVE YOUR NUMBER.”
“LOOK IN YOUR BAG” I winked and walked inside closing the door and blushing.

“Hey… Luna you in there?”  Ichigo waved his hand in front of my face his face was close. 
“Hm?” I looked up to meet his eyes a slight blush. “Yeah I am in here” I looked around and noticed everyone walking away but Ichigo. “Where is everyone going?”
“Heh, lunch is almost over Luna. You okay you seem out of it?” he asked me concern written on his face.
“Yeah, I am okay Ichigo” I felt a rain drop on my cheek. “They didn’t say it would rain today.” I grumbled standing up walking back inside with Ichigo.
“They said it was possible”
“They lie” I grumbled again looking up before walking in. –The clouds look just like that day- I thought.
The day went on until the final bell rang. The rain contuined to pour down. Ichigo and I agreed to meet just before we left so we could talk about our project together. I waited in the lobby for Ichigo.
“Luna!” Ichigo hollered waving and weaving through the dismissing crowds of students he came up to me. “Sorry I am running late.”
“Its okay Ichigo. So what were you thinking for a project?” I asked as we walked towards the door.
“Well I was thinking it is Friday. Want to um, come over to my house and we could hang out and work on it?” He asked nervously. I smiled.
“Sure Ichigo” we walked outside and Ichigo put up his umbrella as we started walking to his house. Half way to his house the wind began to pick up and blew our umbrella inside out and snapped it. “AHHHH” I screamed as the icy rain and wind hit my face. I giggled looking over at Ichigo as he put his hand in front of his face to block the wind. I began to twirl and dance while walking in the rain. I enjoyed the rain. Ichigo looked at me like I was crazy so I grabbed his hand and pulled him with me. Jumping into puddles.
“I thought you hated the rain?” Ichigo yelled/asked.
“No, only if I have to walk all the way home without my umbrella so I don’t get wicked wet. I hate to be sick.” I said back to him still playing in the rain. We were almost to Ichigo’s house when we heard rumbles of thunder. We began to ran and Ichigo busted through the front door only to be greeted by a foot.
“NO SON OF MINE WILL BE LATE!! NO CALL! PUNISHMENT IS IN ORDER!” He kicked Ichigo in the face and Ichigo punched his dad in the face. I stood in the door way, slowly closing the door why eyes were wide and my jaw slightly open.  “YOU ARE SOAKING WET! DON’T YOU USE AN UMBRELLA!”
“MY UMBRELLA BROKE! AND IS THAT ANYWAY TO TREAT YOUR SON! FOR GOD SAKES I HAVE COMPANY!” As they are wrestling and throwing punches Ichigo pointed to me. I was stunned I pointed to myself.
“M-me?” I mumbled confused at what I just saw.
“OH!” His dad said getting up from the ground pulling Ichigo with him. “Is that anyway to introduce your lady friend” he scoleded Ichigo.
“GIVE ME TIME AND I WOULD HAVE!” Ichigo yelled. –And I thought my temper was bad- I thought.
“I am Luna. Ichigo’s-”
“Girlfriend?” a little girl with light brown hair stood in the doorway. I blushed slightly as everyone stared at me.
“Me… girlfriend… ichigo… dating?” I scrambled for words to say too stunned to answer. Ichigo quickly jumped in.
“No. She is my friend from school. We have a project. We will be in my room. Call us for dinner.” He kept it short and simple. In the process of the fight I took off my shoes. Ichigo grabbed my hand and pulled me upstairs. We got to his room and we were soaking wet from the rain. “Let me grab us some towels” Ichigo left his room and came back with two towels. He gave me one and we both dried ourselves off and he walked to his dresser pulled a pair of sweatpants, jeans and two shirts. “Here” he tossed me the sweatpants and a shirt. “You can change into these so you don’t get sick. Bathroom is down the hall.” I left to change. I changed into his sweatpants and shirt leaving my bra and undies. I dried my hair more putting my clothes into a bag that was with the shirt. I pulled out a hairbrush from my backpack and brushed through my hair. Then I put the bag of wet clothes and hairbrush back in my bag and walked back to Ichigo’s room. “All better?” he asked a slight blush appeared on his face as he looked me up and down. I blushed as well and nodded at him. He was sitting on his bed and patted the spot next to him.
“Yeah thanks for the clothes.”
“They are small on me anyway you can keep them if you want to?” he said.
I looked up at him he was slightly taller than me so I had to look up. “I can always keep them here for occasions like this. So our project?” I asked.
“DINNER!” Came a little girls voice from downstairs. I looked at the clock 530 already.
Ichigo sighed “looks like it’s time to eat” he stood up and offered his hand. I took it and he held my hand until he realized he was holding it he pulled away and I looked up he was blushing. –I am in love with Ichigo even though I have tried not to be. Could he feel the same?- I thought to myself as we headed downstairs.
“Dad, Karin, Yuzu this is Luna” Ichigo said leading you into the dining room.
“Hi Luna!” the girl with brown hair said. “I am Yuzu the littlest sister. Sorry about earlier I didn’t mean to-”
“Awe! Aren’t you so cute!” I said grabbing her into a hug “don’t worry about it’s an easy mistake.”
“Hey Luna” the girl with black hair said. “I am Karin.”
“Hi everyone” I smiled and Ichigo pulled out a chair next to him to sit at. “Who made dinner?”
“I did!” Yuzu said getting a big smile on her face as she serves everyone their food.
“Awe, that is so sweet.” I looked around noticing that there was only four places they had to squeeze me in. –There isn’t a spot for their mom- I thought looking puzzled. Ichigo put a hand on my shoulder reassuring me giving me a look that read I’ll tell you later. We went through eating dinner. Isshin, who I learned was Ichigo’s dad told stories of when Ichigo was little causing Ichigo frustration and me laughter. It was a nice night. Dinner was done and Yuzu went to clean up when I put my hand on hers.
“Let me do it. You’re still a kid, go play or do homework, have some fun. Ill clean up dinner if I need help Ichigo can help me” I smiled at her.
“I don’t mind doing it Luna-chan”
“No, no Yuzu I got it okay?” she nodded and ran off. Karin went to watch T.V and Isshin and Ichigo remained at the table. Ichigo watched me pick up and take plates and left overs in the kitchen. –They don’t have a mother… that’s awful for anyone to go through - I thought. I heard some minor whispering and chattering from Isshin and Ichigo.
“You okay in there?” Ichigo shouted to me in the kitchen. I had put all the food in the fridge and finished up with the dishes when I felt a presence. I spun around and Ichigo was in the doorway watching me dry and put away dishes. “I am surprised you know where everything goes.” Ichigo chuckled.
“There aren’t many places to put dishes in the kitchen.”
“Come on lets go back upstairs.” He said as I put the last dish in the cupboard.
“Ichigo…” I began awkwardly
“Yeah Luna?” he said as he motioned for me to go first up the stairs. I began up the stairs and to his room. When I walked in I shifted awkwardly I wanted to ask him about it but I wasn’t sure how.
“What happened to…” he stepped closer to me until I felt his breath on me.
“Mother” he spoke I looked down and nodded a sad look in my eyes. He grabbed my chin in his hands and brought it up looking in his chocolaty eyes. I saw his eyes had a small hint of sadness. This was a sore subject and I felt bad for bringing it up.

~~Ichigo’s P.O.V~~
She wanted to know about Mother. It was still a sore subject for me to handle. Luna was a special girl I deny it but I believe I am in love with her. She was perfect from her personality to her body. “I’ll make us some hot coco” at this point we had been talking for a few hours now it was beginning to get dark. I left to go make some hot coco for us. I was cooking the coco when I felt a hot tear drip down my face. It felt good to be able to talk about it but I didn’t want her to think I was weak.
“She is a keeper you know.” My father’s voice came from the door way as he moved into the light.
“What are you talking about?”

“Hn, yeah we hang out when we can” I poured the coco into two cups.
“All I am saying is I approve and so would your mother. Make a move fast before someone else does.”
I rolled my eyes and walked back upstairs and brought her coco she thanked me.
“Ichigo, it’s getting late…” she stated “I probably should begin to walk home before it gets to dark.” I looked out the window it was still raining and I didn’t want her to leave.
“Why don’t you stay here tonight it is raining and we aren’t finished yet”
“Y-you sure it’s okay with y-your dad?” she asked nervously it was cute.
“Yeah he doesn’t care to much it’s a weekend anyway.” I said to her reassuring her, “anyway where was I?” I thought for a moment continuing with my story of my mother. When I had finished I was staring at my mug. I heard some muffled cries I looked up from my mug and saw Luna who had put her cup on the desk behind her and was crying into her palms. I put my cup down and was amazed. She was crying even when she didn’t have to.

~~Luna’a P.O.V~~
Ichigo told me the stories of his mother and how she died. It pained me and I felt hot tears running down my face as I began to muffle my sobs trying not to get Ichigo to notice. That’s all I need is embarrassment. I heard Ichigo put his cup down I glanced up tears streaming down my face eyes I am sure were red. I crawled out from under my blanket and toward Ichigo. I sat in between his legs on my knees and I brought my hand to his face staring into his eyes for what felt like eternity. I then wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled myself towards him in a hug. I hugged him as I cried on his shoulder he rubbed my back and put his other hand on the crook of my neck under my hair. We stayed like that for quite a while until I pulled away.
“I am so sorry Ichigo. That is horrible and I am sorry” I said apologizing.
“It isn’t your fault Luna” he said leaning in closer whispering in my ear “thanks for listening to me.”
I pulled back and brought  my lips close to his “anytime Ichigo” he brought his lips the rest of the way as they met in a passionate kiss.  Ichigo was kissing me.
