I was always very fond of the blond ninja. Ever since he was little my love for him was strong. I never admitted it as anything but friendship.  And when he left I thought I could coup which at first worked just fine. I trained and worked hard to grow stronger. I had to learn to control my monstrous strength I, after all, was Tsunade’s daughter. Unlike Sakura’s strength always came natural no need to force chakara  into my fists unless I intend to serious harm or even kill. It is not very known that I am the daughter of the Hokage. “Anako!!” Shouted Sakura from the dumpling shop she was sitting there with Ino, TenTen and Hinata. “We are having something to eat wanna join?” I jogged toward her and sat down ordering my favorite food.
“Good morning ladies. How are we all today?” I asked moving all my hair over my left shoulder. My hair goes down to my lower back and I wore my head band just like Sakura. Her and I were best friends the only thing that I didn’t like was how much she hit Naruto. I usually put my fist in the line of fire when possible to stop it. I never thought violence was the answer unless absolutely possible. That’s why I was Konaha’s number one ninja for going on missions with hostages or needed to be talked down. I was an excellent negotiator of Konaha often used by other villages when necessary.
“Good, so how was your mission Anako-chan?” TenTen asked.
“Eh, same old same old” I sighed bored as I drank from the water they gave us.
“Wha-?” Sakura shouted “how can it be ‘same old’? You go on missions that are way cool?”
“Eh, I guess it’s the same thing though always talking someone down or out of doing something” I paused as our food arrived. “Now you guys go on cool missions to a little action but not too much you know since I don’t like fighting that much.” I began to eat. Usually all these missions have kept my mind off of Naruto but lately missions have slowed down and he has been popping back into my mind. 
“A-Anako?” Hinata piped up.
“Hm, Hinata?” I said popping a Dango in my mouth.
“D-Do you miss N-Naruto-kun?” I almost choked.
“Uh, yeah I do” I looked at my plate with a slight sad expression.
“He should be returning in a few months” Sakura stated a smile on her face.
“I cannot wait to see how he has grown” TenTen said finishing her food.
“Me either” agreed Ino. I finished my food and began to get up.
“Excuse me ladies I have some training to do” I said getting up and leaving money for my part.
“I will go with you” Sakura started to get up as well leaving money and we walked out waving to the girls and headed to the training grounds. “I know Anako-chan I want to just walk you there at least.”
“Okay Sakura-chan” We were passing villagers and children playing while parents shopped. It sure is peaceful.
“Anako-chan…” I glanced at her as she paused “he will come home.”
“Yeah… I know he promised…” I drifted to the memory of when I said goodbye to my friend.

“Anako-chan” Naruto began as we sat on the Hokage faces overlooking the village. My stomach dropped by his tone this can’t be good.
“Y-Yes Naruto?”
“I am leaving tomorrow to train with Jiraya” he looked at his hands.
“Why sound so sad Naruto that’s great a perfect way to get stronger!” I praised him resting my hand on his shoulder.
“No, Anako I mean I am going to train with Jiraya for a while.”
“How long is a while?” I gulped nervous at his answer.
“Three years”
“Three years?!” I jumped up shocked “You are leaving for three years!”
“Yeah, Anako I have to get stronger if I am going to bring him back!” He jumped up as well holding my shoulders looking in my eyes as they began to water.
“So this is good-bye?”
“Good-bye means forever, this is more like see you soon Anako-chan” he pulled me into a hug “wont you see me off tomorrow?”
“I have a mission super early” I stated as a single tear rolled down my cheek onto his jacket. “This is where I see you last” I pulled away from the hug. He looked down sadly and I asked “promise me you will come back?”
“I promise” he held a thumbs up “believe it! Heroes always come back!”

I threw my last kunai as my memory faded. I was out of breath I worked my throwing really hard I went to collect kunai as I saw an image of him flash through my head. Something felt off about today. I decided to leave the training grounds I came back from a mission yesterday and today taking a short nap and seeing friends for lunch was a long enough day I didn’t need to strain myself by training so hard. I headed back to my apartment to shower and relax before tomorrow I had a day off so I didn’t know what I was to do. I was dazed knowing the path home memories flashing in my mind.

“Naruto! Come push me!” Ten year old me shouted from the playground swing.
“Coming!” As he ran towards me

A smile plastered on my face.

“Naruto, lets prank Iruka-sensai today” I whispered to Naruto.
“Alright!!”

I lifted my head toward the sky as a slight breeze came over Konaha.

“Naruto, our team is going to the Chunin exams!”
“I hope I don’t have to face you”
“Me either”

I sighed and sniffed the air the smell of the night foods filled my nose as I passed a restaurant.

“NOOOO ANAKOOOOOO!” Naruto shouted as I got hit by a blow from my chunin exam opponent. I hit the wall and slid to the ground. “ANAKO! ANAKO GET UP! DON’T LET THIS GUY WIN! ANAKO!”

I snapped out of my train of thought. That sounded almost real.
“Anako-chan?” I froze in my tracks. It couldn’t be it’s my imagination he isn’t supposed to be home for 5 more months. “Anako?” I felt a hand on my shoulder I turned my head slightly and saw some orange and black behind me, blond hair, whiskers.
“N-Naruto?” I turned around seeing Sakura behind Naruto. “N-No NO! This is not real Naruto doesn’t return home yet! Sakura why are you playing tricks on me!”
“A-Anako-chan it isn’t a trick its Naruto!” She yelled.
“A-Anako-chan it is me” he pulled me into a hug. I froze smelling his sent, feeling his arms.
“N-Naruto?” I slowly raised my hands and pulled him tighter into the hug. “NARUTO!!!!” I jumped slightly and glomped him falling to the floor. Him on the ground and me on top. We sat like that for a while I slightly blushed at the position.
“Wow, Anako” he said looking at me my hair falling around my face my large breasts.
“NAAARRRRUUUUTTOOOOOO” Sakura shouted from behind as we got up. She was charging with a fist, I stepped in front of Naruto and grabbed her fist.
“Sakura, calm down” I whispered “it is okay” I turned to Naruto and gave him a hug again.
“Wow, Anako you have grown” he said looking at me. “Look how long your hair is now.”
“I know I grew it out, you like?” he nodded “and look how tall you are! You are taller than me now!”
“That’s not all I am stronger now too!” I smiled the biggest smile and he did the same.
“Well, I have to go early report to Tsunade in the morning” Sakura said as she began to leave waving. She must have met Naruto way earlier to run off on her team member.
“C’mon Anako I will walk you home”
“Naruto, don’t you want to go home you haven’t been there in two and a half years?”
“Hee hee, actually I have been home for two days now.” He said scratching his head. I looked at him wide eyed. “But you came back from a mission yesterday and I was with Kakashi-sensai and Sakura training. Thought I would surprise you today.”
“Awe, Naruto that’s sweet!” I said as I grabbed his hand and ran to my apartment. As we ran we were fooling around like old times. He tickled me and I tried to get away playfully pushing him. We arrived to my apartment and I pushed my back against the door. Catching our breath he put his hands near my head and we stared into each other’s eyes. Slowly and unknowingly he leaned into me and I moved in to into a passionate kiss. We made out for a while outside the door we pulled away for air.
“Anako, I-I am sorry” he looked horrified he tried to back away I put my hands to his face.

“What can I get you ladies?” the waitress asked.

“How long have you and Naruto been together?”
“Ahhh, almost a month now” I smiled.
“Have you been..um…” she blushed and when I caught on to what she meant I blushed madly
“Ah! Um, well I mean yeah but just once!” I thought about what she could be getting to “there is nooo way I could be”
“We should take you to the hospital just in case to be sure” Sakura stated as our food arrived we ate. We talked some more and once we were done we went to the hospital. She took me into a room and ran she took some blood and ran tests. When she came back in she had papers. She handed them to me.
“Well?” I said asking her results.
“I didn’t peak” she began “I figured I would let you look at them first and tell me.”
I glanced over the resutlys and dropped the papers. Pregnant: Positive. They read, I put my face in my hands. “How could I be so stupid!”
“Is i-it Naruto’s?” she asked giving me a hug as I nodded. “I’ll kill him!” She said as she got angry.
I chuckled a little “you can’t kill him Sakura then the baby won’t have a father” I got up. “I probably should go find Naruto” I opened the door.
“Do you want me to go?”
“No I have it Sakura don’t worry”
I walked down the streets of Konaha looking for Naruto. It was lunch time he was probably at the ramen shop. I went to the ramen shop and heard all the guys. 
“Naruto, you with Anako now?” I heard Kiba ask “If you don’t hurry soon I will ask her.”
“Kiba, he has been with her since he got back” Shikamaru said.
I walked in everyone paused. “Hey guys” I said as I waved.
“Anako-chan!” Naruto jumped up and kissed me.
“Naruto can I talk to you?” he nodded and we walked out and began to walk down the road.
“NARUTO YOU STUCK US WITH YOUR BILL!!” Shouted Kiba at us.
“Sorry Kiba-kun! I’ll pay you back” I shouted back I laced my fingers in his hands.
“How do you feel about kids?”
“I enjoy them, why?” he asked raising a eyebrow. I stopped pulling him to a hault and looked him in the eye and put his hand to my tummy. It took him a few moments and he got all wide eyed.
“No way…you are… I am… we just…” he was stunned I laughed and kissed him.
“I know you wanna be Hokage and if this will mess it up I can say I was raped and this baby isn’t yours”
“Are you kidding me!? No way this baby is ours! I am going to be a dad!!! Wahooo!!!!!” He jumped up and down I giggled this was going to be fun.

I was sitting in class the teacher was teaching her boring lecture. I was staring out the window thinking of when I first met the man I was in love with.

The kids in our school use to pick on me like they did Chad. I had a quick temper that escalated quickly they always  left me alone with bloody noses and bruises. And I always ended up in detention.  I was always friends with Chad. That’s how I met Ichigo. Ichigo Kurosaki the orange haired, muscular boy in my class. Chad met Ichigo when he stood up for Chad when he was getting beat up. Chad, unlike me, never used his fists. I can still hear him telling me “using your fists is never the answer Luna-chan.” I would agree if I didn’t have to stand my ground.

I glanced over at Ichigo tucking a strand of my black hair behind my ear, a small sigh escaped my lips as she gave us our homework.
“Ichigo, Luna” she started we both shot our heads up my out from under my hand and Ichigo’s from his sleeping position. “You two are partners together.” She continued with the rest of the partners as Ichigo and I looked at each other. A slight blush came across my face unnoticeable from him he sat a few desks away from me.

The rest of the day went on like normal. Next was lunch, I sat with Chad and Ichigo and the gang on the roof. We all sat sharing or stealing food from each other and laughing at Keigo. During lunch I was spacey thinking of when I actually first fell in love Ichigo.

It was a rainy day. Chad wasn’t in school today and I forgot my umbrella. Shit. I thought as school let out and it began raining harder. I stood in the door way other kids passing with umbrellas or running to the cars of their parents. I began to walk my bag above my head trying to keep me dry but the wind blew the rain all over. Then I became slightly dry. I looked over and Ichigo was walking next to me with a umbrella over both of us.

“Thanks Ichigo” I breathed out.
“No problem Luna.”
We walked in silence for a while before I broke it.
“Ichigo?”
“Hm?”
“Don’t I live out of the way?” I asked
“No” he began “you only live a few blocks away actually. I know you don’t know me too well but your Chads friend so your mine as well. Besides, if Chad found out I let you walk home in the rain he wouldn’t be too happy. He thinks of you like a little sister” I smiled. I always thought of Chad as my older brother as well. We kept walking as we arrived to my house I opened the gate to my front yard, which leads to my front door. I began to walk in thinking I would get just a little more wet and much to my surprise Ichigo walked me to the front door.
“Thanks Ichigo” I smiled.
“No problem Luna” he gave a slight smile back. He turned around and began to leave my gate. I stood in the doorway and watched. “Hey if you want to walk to school together tomorrow we can.”
“Thanks Ichigo I would like that.” I smiled and waved to him. “HEY!” I shouted as he walked down the road. “TEXT ME WHEN YOU GET HOME… YOU KNOW TO LET ME KNOW YOU GOT THERE OKAY!”
He looked puzzled. “I DON’T THINK I HAVE YOUR NUMBER.”
“LOOK IN YOUR BAG” I winked and walked inside closing the door and blushing.

“Hey… Luna you in there?”  Ichigo waved his hand in front of my face his face was close. 
“Hm?” I looked up to meet his eyes a slight blush. “Yeah I am in here” I looked around and noticed everyone walking away but Ichigo. “Where is everyone going?”
“Heh, lunch is almost over Luna. You okay you seem out of it?” he asked me concern written on his face.
“Yeah, I am okay Ichigo” I felt a rain drop on my cheek. “They didn’t say it would rain today.” I grumbled standing up walking back inside with Ichigo.
“They said it was possible”
“They lie” I grumbled again looking up before walking in. –The clouds look just like that day- I thought.
The day went on until the final bell rang. The rain contuined to pour down. Ichigo and I agreed to meet just before we left so we could talk about our project together. I waited in the lobby for Ichigo.
“Luna!” Ichigo hollered waving and weaving through the dismissing crowds of students he came up to me. “Sorry I am running late.”
“Its okay Ichigo. So what were you thinking for a project?” I asked as we walked towards the door.
“Well I was thinking it is Friday. Want to um, come over to my house and we could hang out and work on it?” He asked nervously. I smiled.
“Sure Ichigo” we walked outside and Ichigo put up his umbrella as we started walking to his house. Half way to his house the wind began to pick up and blew our umbrella inside out and snapped it. “AHHHH” I screamed as the icy rain and wind hit my face. I giggled looking over at Ichigo as he put his hand in front of his face to block the wind. I began to twirl and dance while walking in the rain. I enjoyed the rain. Ichigo looked at me like I was crazy so I grabbed his hand and pulled him with me. Jumping into puddles.
“I thought you hated the rain?” Ichigo yelled/asked.
“No, only if I have to walk all the way home without my umbrella so I don’t get wicked wet. I hate to be sick.” I said back to him still playing in the rain. We were almost to Ichigo’s house when we heard rumbles of thunder. We began to ran and Ichigo busted through the front door only to be greeted by a foot.
“NO SON OF MINE WILL BE LATE!! NO CALL! PUNISHMENT IS IN ORDER!” He kicked Ichigo in the face and Ichigo punched his dad in the face. I stood in the door way, slowly closing the door why eyes were wide and my jaw slightly open.  “YOU ARE SOAKING WET! DON’T YOU USE AN UMBRELLA!”
“MY UMBRELLA BROKE! AND IS THAT ANYWAY TO TREAT YOUR SON! FOR GOD SAKES I HAVE COMPANY!” As they are wrestling and throwing punches Ichigo pointed to me. I was stunned I pointed to myself.
“M-me?” I mumbled confused at what I just saw.
“OH!” His dad said getting up from the ground pulling Ichigo with him. “Is that anyway to introduce your lady friend” he scoleded Ichigo.
“GIVE ME TIME AND I WOULD HAVE!” Ichigo yelled. –And I thought my temper was bad- I thought.
“I am Luna. Ichigo’s-”
“Girlfriend?” a little girl with light brown hair stood in the doorway. I blushed slightly as everyone stared at me.
“Me… girlfriend… ichigo… dating?” I scrambled for words to say too stunned to answer. Ichigo quickly jumped in.
“No. She is my friend from school. We have a project. We will be in my room. Call us for dinner.” He kept it short and simple. In the process of the fight I took off my shoes. Ichigo grabbed my hand and pulled me upstairs. We got to his room and we were soaking wet from the rain. “Let me grab us some towels” Ichigo left his room and came back with two towels. He gave me one and we both dried ourselves off and he walked to his dresser pulled a pair of sweatpants, jeans and two shirts. “Here” he tossed me the sweatpants and a shirt. “You can change into these so you don’t get sick. Bathroom is down the hall.” I left to change. I changed into his sweatpants and shirt leaving my bra and undies. I dried my hair more putting my clothes into a bag that was with the shirt. I pulled out a hairbrush from my backpack and brushed through my hair. Then I put the bag of wet clothes and hairbrush back in my bag and walked back to Ichigo’s room. “All better?” he asked a slight blush appeared on his face as he looked me up and down. I blushed as well and nodded at him. He was sitting on his bed and patted the spot next to him.
“Yeah thanks for the clothes.”
“They are small on me anyway you can keep them if you want to?” he said.
I looked up at him he was slightly taller than me so I had to look up. “I can always keep them here for occasions like this. So our project?” I asked.
“DINNER!” Came a little girls voice from downstairs. I looked at the clock 530 already.
Ichigo sighed “looks like it’s time to eat” he stood up and offered his hand. I took it and he held my hand until he realized he was holding it he pulled away and I looked up he was blushing. –I am in love with Ichigo even though I have tried not to be. Could he feel the same?- I thought to myself as we headed downstairs.
“Dad, Karin, Yuzu this is Luna” Ichigo said leading you into the dining room.
“Hi Luna!” the girl with brown hair said. “I am Yuzu the littlest sister. Sorry about earlier I didn’t mean to-”
“Awe! Aren’t you so cute!” I said grabbing her into a hug “don’t worry about it’s an easy mistake.”
“Hey Luna” the girl with black hair said. “I am Karin.”
“Hi everyone” I smiled and Ichigo pulled out a chair next to him to sit at. “Who made dinner?”
“I did!” Yuzu said getting a big smile on her face as she serves everyone their food.
“Awe, that is so sweet.” I looked around noticing that there was only four places they had to squeeze me in. –There isn’t a spot for their mom- I thought looking puzzled. Ichigo put a hand on my shoulder reassuring me giving me a look that read I’ll tell you later. We went through eating dinner. Isshin, who I learned was Ichigo’s dad told stories of when Ichigo was little causing Ichigo frustration and me laughter. It was a nice night. Dinner was done and Yuzu went to clean up when I put my hand on hers.
“Let me do it. You’re still a kid, go play or do homework, have some fun. Ill clean up dinner if I need help Ichigo can help me” I smiled at her.
“I don’t mind doing it Luna-chan”
“No, no Yuzu I got it okay?” she nodded and ran off. Karin went to watch T.V and Isshin and Ichigo remained at the table. Ichigo watched me pick up and take plates and left overs in the kitchen. –They don’t have a mother… that’s awful for anyone to go through - I thought. I heard some minor whispering and chattering from Isshin and Ichigo.
“You okay in there?” Ichigo shouted to me in the kitchen. I had put all the food in the fridge and finished up with the dishes when I felt a presence. I spun around and Ichigo was in the doorway watching me dry and put away dishes. “I am surprised you know where everything goes.” Ichigo chuckled.
“There aren’t many places to put dishes in the kitchen.”
“Come on lets go back upstairs.” He said as I put the last dish in the cupboard.
“Ichigo…” I began awkwardly
“Yeah Luna?” he said as he motioned for me to go first up the stairs. I began up the stairs and to his room. When I walked in I shifted awkwardly I wanted to ask him about it but I wasn’t sure how.
“What happened to…” he stepped closer to me until I felt his breath on me.

~Story Starts~

It was another one of those days, I felt it. It was going to be a long day. I travel with the avatar. I am a star bender. I can bend stars and shoot power stars instead of water, air, earth or fire. “Morning Cityana!” It was Toph, she is so cheerful.

“Morning” I heard Sokka mumble. I looked at him and there was Suki right beside him. I looked at their hair it was all messed up.

“You guys had some fun I see” I turned back to my tea. I stared into it. Tea it reminded me of Zuko and the tea shop.

“I saw Zuko working at a tea shop the other day”
